What if I can’t make my lesson?
No worries, you can reschedule your lesson 36 hours in advance through our booking platform.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime and you will still be entitled to your lesson allocation for that month.
What if I don’t like my teacher?
We’re confident that you will, but if, for whatever reason, you don’t hit it off, you can just switch teachers. Simply request a different teacher when you book your next lesson.
What if I don’t have Skoove Premium?
You can use the Skoove Premium free trial to try it out during your first lesson or subscribe to Skoove Premium here. Try to get it set up before your first lesson so that you can hit the ground running.
