Another year of musical journey with Shine school. Now enrolled for singing lesson. My kid enjoys her lessons. Really appreciate the effort in teaching and detailing by the teacher. Thank you for the wonderful concert 2023 , it brings more confidence to my child to perform in front of crowd.

Stormer Music – Parramatta is such a lovely place to engage with music education. My experience there has been such a great experience, seeing Teachers encourage and show dedication to their students. Watching student growth and confidence develope is so lovely to be apart of.

Shannon has been teaching my son the drums for nearly 2 years, he has made great progress and enjoys every opportunity, the lessons are fun and something he looks forward to it every week. Good atmosphere and very professional, highly recommended!!!

Learning piano has been a dream of mine for years, and The ONE Smart Piano has made it a reality. The combination of LED light guides and interactive software makes it easy to follow along and stay motivated. The variety of songs and lessons available has kept my practice sessions fresh and exciting. I would recommend this piano to anyone looking to start their musical journey.

My son learned piano for around 7 months here, did well and was a regular student. I am a singer and perform regularly with bands and hence I could make out that although the teachers are not excellent in terms knowledge, they are good with the kids and the teaching system is gaming oriented so this keeps the kids interested. They charge 60 dollars per class of 4 students and one has to pay 600 dollars upfront for 10 classes of 45 mins each. The normal rate is 45-60 dollars for ONE-ON-ONE classes of 30 to 45 mins. I still opted for them because I found the method interesting for beginner kids. Now the issues for which I gave 1 star. Last month I moved from Parramatta and there was one pending class, that I wanted him to attend because I had already paid for it. That afternoon after returning from school, my son was not feeling well and hence I requested for a make up class. I was flatly refused for a make up class. When I requested again I was asked for a medical certificate. No one goes to doctors if the kid is feeling is slightly feverish or nauseous and one feels he will recover in a day or two. Earlier once when my son had a fever, a make up class was made readily available. So just because I was moving and would not add further to the revenue, they refused a makeup class for a kid who was doing pretty good in the batch and attended classes regularly. No respect for customer experience, for the money already paid or a proper closure. It is understandable that this is an entrepreneurial activity and they are there to make profits eventually. But when the primary driver becomes money only and teaching music becomes secondary, there is bound to be a problem with the culture and the eventual result. I wish the founders all the best, but this kind of attitude normally does not sustain businesses for long. Businesses run through word of mouth and return business, the customer experience has to be top notch. One unethical attempt to not compensate a few dollars, may cause the business to lose thousands of dollars and the owners may not even know! The other problematic bit which I had felt earlier having seen piano and keyboard players in the bands I sing with, is the piano finger technique. My son learned the basics well, but he breaks his fingers while hitting the keys and this was never corrected. Fingers should be curved while playing the piano and should flow around the keys seamlessly. Now I have a seasoned piano player coming at home and teaching him and she said that it will take time to break the bad habit he picked up in these classes. Hence request parents to keep the above points in mind before opting for this institute. Kids have to learn to play the right way and one’s experience has to be more around the beauty of music and less around the toxic feeling that this is about making money only.
