We are happy to announce that we recently secured a €3M investment. This round will be helpful in further developing Skoove and to make our interactive online piano learning an even better experience!
Our co-founder and CEO Florian Plenge explains that “With this new investment we are excited to take the next step in development and growth. Expanding our team gives us the opportunity to further develop the technology and didactics that define Skoove and further push the growth of our customer base, especially in our core markets North-America and Europe.”
Next to our existing investors Egora Holding, IBB Beteiligungsgesellschaft and High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) we have capacura GmbH, MGO Digital Ventures and Ringier Digital Ventures joining the team of investors. Benjamin Solenthaler, Investment Manager at Ringier Digital Ventures says that “ Skoove has convinced us with a turnover growth of more than 300 percent. Next to that it has an international positioning, the US is Skoove’s biggest market.”
After Skoove was founded in 2014, lovers of piano music from 211 countries worldwide have played over 1 million lessons that were created by our team of 20 music enthusiasts. With the new investment we will be able to let even more people enjoy our 13 courses that contain over 400 lessons and hundreds of popular songs.
